Directors’ Education and Accreditation Program (DEAP) 2025
The Cayman Islands Directors Association (“CIDA”) anticipates that it will be running the Directors Accreditation Course again this year in Q4 2025. It is run in conjunction with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (“CGIC”), with the instructors from Canada.
The course materials will be available in advance of the course so that the attendee can prepare for the three days of interactive virtual sessions followed by a day of local content. Upon successful completion of the course, the attendee will be able to use the letters “Acc. Dir.” for Accredited Director after their name. The course is aimed at providing further education to Directors in the field of corporate governance and is of benefit to experienced directors and those wishing to gain further insight into corporate governance.
Details of the course can be found here:
Please note that the on Island course numbers are strictly limited, and they will be offered to CIDA members and if space remains then applications may be accepted from non-members.
CIDA members will receive a notification once further details and registration are available, and this site will also be updated to provide information for non-members.
